Elvis Candlelight Vigil
Every year at Elvis Presley's gravesite in Memphis, at his home Graceland thousands of Elvis fans line the street to make a procession up the long driveway and finally to his grace.
The candlelight vigil is held at the end of a weeklong festivity commemorating Elvis's life. the vigil and "Elvis Week" draw people from all over the world.
They spend "Elvis Week" watching Elvis-impersonators, hold fan-club meetings, and dances.
Elvis died in 1977, August 16 of heart disease and drug abuse at the age of 42.
